When you send a quote request or a message, we receive the details you enter: your name, organization, email, phone number, country and your message. We do not ask for payment information on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your request, prepare quotes and follow up on orders. When you send a quote or parts request, we also email you a confirmation of what we received. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who processes it

• Form messages are delivered to our email through Web3Forms, a form-processing service.
• Quote and parts requests are recorded in Zoho Books, our accounting and quoting system, so we can prepare your quote. The confirmation email is sent through Zoho Books.
• The website is hosted by Cloudflare.

These service providers may store and process information on servers in the United States and other countries.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and quote records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations.
